제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 POC Conference(이하 "본 행사")가 제공하는 웹사이트 및 등록 시스템(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여, 이용자와 주최자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
1. “서비스”란 본 행사와 관련하여 온라인 등록, 정보 제공, 참가 신청 및 관련 기능을 포함한 모든 웹 기반 서비스를 의미합니다.
2. “이용자”란 본 행사 웹사이트에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 제공되는 서비스를 이용하는 모든 개인 또는 단체를 말합니다.
3. “주최자”란 본 행사를 운영하고 서비스를 제공하는 POC Conference 운영팀을 의미합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
1. 본 약관은 서비스 초기화면 또는 연결화면에 게시하여 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.
2. 주최자는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 제1항과 같은 방법으로 공지됩니다.
3. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, 변경 이후에도 계속 이용하는 경우에는 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
제4조 (서비스 이용)
1. 이용자는 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 일부 서비스는 회원가입 또는 등록 절차가 요구될 수 있습니다.
2. 주최자는 행사 일정 또는 운영상의 사유로 일부 서비스의 제공을 변경, 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
제5조 (이용자의 의무)
1. 이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:
- 타인의 명의 또는 정보를 도용하는 행위
- 본 행사 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 방해하는 행위
- 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 반하는 행위
- 기타 관련 법령이나 본 약관을 위반하는 행위
2. 이용자는 정확한 정보를 바탕으로 등록을 진행해야 하며, 허위 정보를 제공할 경우 행사 참가가 제한될 수 있습니다.
제6조 (주최자의 의무)
1. 주최자는 이용자가 안전하고 원활하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 최선을 다합니다.
2. 주최자는 이용자의 개인정보를 관련 법령에 따라 보호하며, 그 외의 용도로 사용하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
제7조 (지적재산권)
1. 본 서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 로고 등)에 대한 권리는 주최자 또는 정당한 권리를 가진 제3자에게 있으며, 무단 사용을 금합니다.
2. 이용자가 서비스 이용 중 작성한 게시물에 대한 저작권은 해당 작성자에게 있으나, 주최자는 행사 홍보 및 기록을 위한 범위 내에서 이를 사용할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (면책조항)
1. 주최자는 천재지변, 기술적 문제 또는 기타 불가항력적인 사유로 인해 서비스를 제공하지 못하거나 손해가 발생한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 대하여 주최자는 개입하거나 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제9조 (분쟁 해결 및 관할)
1. 본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항이나 해석에 이견이 있는 경우, 상호 신의에 따라 해결하도록 노력합니다.
2. 분쟁이 법적 절차로 이어질 경우, 주최자의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.
제10조 (참가비 환불 정책)
1. 행사 시작일 기준 3주 전까지 취소 요청을 할 경우, 참가비 전액이 환불됩니다.
2. 행사 시작일 기준 3주 전부터 2주 전 사이에 취소할 경우, 참가비의 50%가 환불됩니다.
3. 행사 시작일 기준 2주 이내에 취소 요청을 하는 경우에는 환불이 불가합니다.
4. 환불 요청은 이메일(pocadm (at] gmail,com)을 통해 접수해야 하며, 접수일 기준으로 환불 기준이 적용됩니다.
5. 참가비 환불에 소요되는 수수료(결제 수수료 등)는 참가자가 부담할 수 있습니다.
Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement sets forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the users and organizers of the POC Conference (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") regarding the use of its website and registration system ("Services").
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Services" refers to all web-based features related to the Event, including registration, information access, and application submission.
2. "User" means any individual or organization accessing the Event website and using the Services in accordance with these terms.
3. "Organizer" refers to the POC Conference team responsible for operating the Event and providing the Services.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
1. These terms take effect once posted on the website's main or linked page.
2. The Organizer may revise these terms as permitted by law, and will notify users through the same method as in paragraph 1.
3. If a user does not agree with the revised terms, they may discontinue use. Continued use implies agreement.
Article 4 (Use of Services)
1. Users may use the Services in accordance with these terms. Some services may require registration.
2. The Organizer may alter or suspend part of the Services due to operational or scheduling needs, with prior notice.
Article 5 (User Responsibilities)
1. Users must not engage in the following:
- Identity theft or use of false information
- Infringement of the rights of the Event or others
- Violating public order or social norms
- Any other act in violation of laws or these terms
2. Users must provide accurate information. False or misleading data may result in denied participation.
Article 6 (Organizer Responsibilities)
1. The Organizer will do its best to provide a safe and smooth user experience.
2. Personal data will be protected under applicable laws and not used for other purposes or shared without consent.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
1. All content provided through the Services is owned by the Organizer or its rightful owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
2. Content created by users remains their property, but the Organizer may use it for event promotion and documentation.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any service failure or damages caused by force majeure events or technical issues.
2. The Organizer is not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
1. Any issues not specified in these terms will be resolved in good faith.
2. Legal disputes shall be brought to the competent court with jurisdiction over the Organizer's primary office.
Article 10 (Refund Policy)
1. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made up to 3 weeks prior to the event.
2. Cancellations made between 3 weeks and 2 weeks prior will receive a 50% refund.
3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event.
4. Refund requests must be submitted via email (pocadm {at}gmail com), and the submission date will determine eligibility.
5. Transaction or processing fees related to refunds may be borne by the participant.
